I spent most of my summer hanging out with my dad who came to visit, learned how to stain the deck, wash the house and where to find single screws at Bunnings. In fact I reached a point where I could have started working at Bunnings myself. Screws in isle 9, fence paint isle 16, weed killer isle 20- you get the point ;-).
When I was not DIYing or gardening (or better said watching my dad gardening ;-)) I embraced the warm weather rand enjoyed reading books in my new and heavenly hammock (another dad- daughter project).
Now that the temperatures are dropping and the days are getting shorter, I feel very much like fiddling around with yarn and hook again. I have made some loops out of my new love Alpaca and am currently improving my Tiffany Hat pattern and playing around with new colour combinations. But look for yourself!
